The Bee and the Dove Story

One day, a bee was flying near a lake. By accident, it fell into the water. Its wings got wet, and it could not fly. The bee was almost about to die.

A dove was sitting on a branch of a nearby tree. When it saw the bee struggling in the water, it quickly plucked a leaf and dropped it near the bee. The bee managed to climb onto the leaf with great effort. It flapped its wings to dry them. Soon it was able to fly again. The bee thanked the dove and flew away.

A few days later, a naughty boy pointed his slingshot at the dove. The dove was sleeping on a tree branch with its eyes closed and didn’t see the danger. The bee noticed the boy. Quickly, it flew towards him and stung the hand holding the slingshot. The boy dropped it and screamed in pain. The noise woke up the dove. Realizing what had happened, the dove thanked the bee and flew away.
